ComplifAI s.r.o. is an early-stage RegTech company building an AI-powered regulatory compliance platform for the dietary supplements, food, and baby food industries. We help brands and manufacturers validate ingredients, claims,and labeling against EU regulatory frameworks, reducing regulatory risk,shortening time-to-market, and lowering compliance costs.

We are now looking for a hands-on, founder-type CEO to take the company from early traction to scale and lead the first fundraising rounds.
Role Summary
This is a build-and-own role.
The CEO will be fully responsible for strategy, execution, and growth, withmeaningful equity. You will work closely with the founder and TCF, butday-to-day ownership of the business will sit with you.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Together with founder and TCF:
- Define and execute the company’s commercial and growth strategy
- Translate early customer feedback into clear product and market priorities
- Establish company vision, culture, and operating cadence
Go-To-Market
- Personally drive early sales and customer Discovery
- Close early customers and strategic partners
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders (brands, manufacturers, consultants, labs)
Product & Market Fit
- Work with the founder and technical team to refine product-market fit
Fundraising & Finance
Together with founder and TCF:
- Lead seed and Series A fundraising
- Build relationships with angels, VCs, and strategic investors
- Own budgeting, runway planning, and financial discipline
Team & Operation
- Hire and manage early commercial and operational roles
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and governance best practices as the company grows
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Previous experience as a Founder, CEO, or GM in an early-stage environment
- Background in B2B SaaS and/or AI-driven product
- Track record of taking a product from early traction toward scale
Skills & Traits
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable selling complex products
- Credible with customers, partners, and investors
- Comfortable with uncertainty and limited resources
- Data-driven, pragmatic, and execution-focused
- Technology and AI fan
Nice to Have
- Network in supplements, food, baby food, or adjacent regulated industries
- Prior fundraising experience
- Deeper understanding of AI or relevant regulatory topics
